Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in and complete all assigned barista training modules and workshops.
- Learn and master the preparation of all Starbucks beverages, adhering strictly to recipe standards and presentation guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and handling transactions efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment, including workstations, dining areas, and restrooms, following health and safety protocols.
- Stock and replenish inventory, ensuring all ingredients and supplies are readily available.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, which may include cleaning equipment, preparing for the next shift, and securing the store.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and a positive team dynamic.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with a friendly and professional demeanor, escalating complex situations to management.
- Uphold Starbucks' values and commitment to quality and service in every interaction.
