Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding Sefalana’s products, services, store locations, and promotions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and product knowledge.
- Proactively engage with customers to anticipate needs and offer assistance.
- Stay updated on product changes, new offerings, and company policies.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home workspace.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
