Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls in line with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., employment law, data privacy, anti-bribery, ethics).
- Monitor global regulatory changes impacting the recruitment industry and update internal policies and training programs accordingly to ensure continuous adherence.
- Conduct regular compliance audits, risk assessments, and internal investigations to identify potential areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
- Design and deliver comprehensive compliance training programs for all employees, ensuring a clear understanding of legal requirements and ethical conduct.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external regulatory bodies, auditors, and legal counsel on compliance-related matters.
- Oversee data protection and privacy compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulations like GDPR, CCPA, and other regional data privacy laws.
- Manage and resolve compliance-related inquiries, disputes, and violations in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide expert guidance to senior management and various departments on compliance issues, advising on potential risks and mitigation strategies.

Required Skills
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a dedicated compliance management role, preferably within a global organization.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law, data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and general corporate compliance standards.
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage effective compliance programs.
