This is a pivotal role within our operations, ensuring our premier flexible workspaces are always in top condition, providing an exceptional environment for our members. You will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of our Clerkenwell properties, addressing day-to-day maintenance issues, and supporting the wider facilities team in delivering an outstanding service.
Your day will be varied, ranging from conducting routine inspections and minor repairs to assisting with office moves and coordinating with external contractors. You’ll be the eyes and ears on the ground, identifying potential issues before they become problems, and playing a crucial role in preventative maintenance. This isn’t just a reactive role; we’re looking for someone who can anticipate needs and contribute proactively to the efficiency and safety of our buildings. You will work closely with our building management teams, ensuring a cohesive approach to property upkeep and member satisfaction. If you are a hands-on individual with a positive attitude, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we encourage you to apply. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive team and contribute to a company that values its people and its properties.
