Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and coordinate a team of janitorial staff.
- Develop, implement, and monitor cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Conduct regular, thorough inspections to ensure quality standards and cleanliness levels are consistently met.
- Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
- Perform hands-on cleaning tasks and support the team as needed.
