Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and coordinate a team of janitorial staff.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor cleaning schedules and procedures.
  • Conduct regular, thorough inspections to ensure quality standards and cleanliness levels are consistently met.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Perform hands-on cleaning tasks and support the team as needed.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and promptly resolve any cleaning-related issues or equipment malfunctions.

Required Skills

  • Proven supervisory experience in janitorial services or facilities management (minimum 2 years).
