Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their shipping needs.
- Source and secure reliable freight carriers, negotiating competitive rates to ensure profitability.
- Manage the end-to-end transportation process, from pickup to delivery, ensuring smooth operations.
- Proactively communicate with clients and carriers, providing updates and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Utilize our proprietary and industry-standard software to track shipments and manage documentation.
- Continuously monitor market trends, freight rates, and industry regulations to advise clients effectively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and profit targets.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to a positive work environment.
Required Skills
