Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to understand client needs, technical landscapes, and business challenges.
  • Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and technical deep-dives tailored to specific client requirements and industry contexts.
  • Act as a primary technical expert throughout the sales cycle, providing comprehensive answers to prospect questions and proactively addressing potential concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to strategize on account penetration, solution positioning, and competitive differentiation.
  • Design, create, and manage proof-of-concept (POC) projects, ensuring successful implementation and showcasing measurable value.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor and technical partner to prospective clients.
  • Provide valuable feedback to product development and engineering teams based on market needs, client interactions, and competitive analysis.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and all product updates to maintain expert-level knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Pre-Sales Consultant, Solutions Engineer, or equivalent role in the software/IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS solutions, and cloud technologies.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate intricate technical functionalities into clear, concise business value propositions.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and various demonstration/presentation tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with a client-centric approach.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) with professional proficiency.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a closely related field.
  • Experience working with international clients or within diverse global markets.
