As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of Chicken Republic, directly interacting with our valued customers. Your primary goal will be to provide outstanding service, from the moment guests arrive until they depart. This includes accurately taking food and drink orders, ensuring timely delivery from the kitchen, and maintaining a clean and inviting dining area. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon their arrival, guiding them to their tables.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on daily specials, and answer questions about food and beverage items.
- Accurately take food and drink orders using our POS system and communicate them effectively to kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, anticipate needs, and respond to any inquiries or complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Process customer payments accurately, operate the cash register, and handle cash/card transactions.
- Clear tables, clean dining areas, and assist with general restaurant cleanliness and hygiene.
- Assist with setting up and closing down the dining area, including stocking supplies.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (6+ months) in a waiter/waitress role or similar customer service position, preferably in a QSR or restaurant setting.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate in local languages in addition to English.
