Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing donors through various channels (in-person, phone, community events) to articulate our mission and secure financial support.
- Clearly and compellingly present Career.zycto's programs, goals, and impact to diverse audiences.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with donors, ensuring a high level of donor satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records and engagement notes using our CRM system.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously enhance fundraising skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize and execute fundraising campaigns and events.
- Represent Career.zycto professionally and ethically at all times.
- Achieve established fundraising goals and targets.
