Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the specified territory (The Beaches, Toronto and surrounding areas).
- Conduct engaging in-person meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of Career.zycto’s offerings.
- Negotiate terms, prepare comprehensive sales agreements, and confidently close deals.
- Collaborate actively with the sales team to develop effective strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client information using CRM tools.
- Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire sales cycle.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (university or college) in the Toronto area.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with people.
- Strong desire to learn, a proactive attitude, and a high level of self-motivation.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- A valid G2 or G driver's license and consistent access to a reliable vehicle.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Demonstrated resilience, persistence, and ability to handle objections or rejection constructively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or any role involving direct client interaction.
