Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of daily store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, and merchandising.
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, profitability goals, and operational KPIs.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met and exceeded, resolving customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and loss prevention procedures.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and inviting.
- Manage employee scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews.
- Implement and enforce all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security protocols.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with operational standards and brand guidelines.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a Store Manager role.
- Proven ability to drive sales, achieve targets, and manage budgets effectively.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of developing and motivating staff.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with customers and team members.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
