Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training regimens and practice schedules for esports teams.
- Conduct detailed VOD (Video on Demand) reviews and provide constructive, actionable feedback to individual players and the team.
- Formulate game-specific strategies, counter-strategies, and in-game tactics based on meta analysis and opponent scouting.
- Lead and facilitate effective team discussions and brainstorming sessions to enhance strategic understanding and communication.
- Monitor player performance, identify areas for improvement, and tailor personalized development plans.
- Foster a positive, disciplined, and growth-oriented team environment, promoting sportsmanship and mental fortitude.
- Stay current with game updates, patches, meta changes, and professional esports scene developments.
- Assist in player scouting and recruitment, evaluating potential talent and team synergy.
- Educate players on effective communication, time management, and healthy gaming habits.
- Represent the team and Career.zycto professionally at events, tournaments, and community engagements.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in coaching or competitive play in at least one major esports title (e.g., League of Legends, Valorant, CS:GO, Dota 2).
- Exceptional understanding of game mechanics, strategies, and competitive meta.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear and concise feedback.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as required by practice schedules.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in planning and execution.
