Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

  • Assist customers with account-related questions, transaction clarifications, and technical support for digital banking platforms.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal departments when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system.
  • Adhere strictly to data privacy regulations and company security protocols to protect sensitive customer information.
