Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport passengers to their destinations using the Career.zycto platform.
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained vehicle at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant and respectful experience for all passengers.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and Career.zycto's community guidelines.
- Utilize the Career.zycto driver app for navigation, trip acceptance, and fare processing.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with passengers and Career.zycto support.
- Manage your own schedule, choosing when and how often you want to drive.
- Ensure timely arrival for passenger pickups and drop-offs.
- Handle passenger inquiries and resolve minor issues with professionalism.
Required Skills
- Valid U.S. Driver's License for at least 2 years.
- Minimum age of 21 years old.
- Access to a 4-door vehicle meeting Career.zycto's vehicle requirements (model year, condition, etc.).
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- Proof of valid vehicle registration and insurance.
- Smartphone with data plan for operating the driver app.
- Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with the Hickory Ridge, Columbia area.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or other client-facing roles.
- Familiarity with multiple rideshare platforms.
- Availability during peak hours (e.g., evenings, weekends, holidays).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
