Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement algorithms for robotic control, motion planning, perception, and navigation.
- Perform system integration, testing, and validation of robotic hardware and software components.
- Develop and maintain simulations for robotic systems to validate designs and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, software) to define system requirements and specifications.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex robotic systems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Contribute to technical documentation, design reviews, and intellectual property development.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in robotics, AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in C++ and Python for robotics development.
- Strong understanding of ROS (Robot Operating System) or similar robotics frameworks.
- Experience with kinematics, dynamics, and control of robotic manipulators and mobile robots.
- Solid grasp of sensor technologies (LIDAR, cameras, IMUs) and data processing techniques.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Robotics, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) for robotic perception or control.
- Knowledge of real-time operating systems (RTOS).
