Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate a company vehicle to deliver packages to various destinations.
- Plan and execute daily delivery routes in an organized and timely manner.
- Load and unload packages with care, ensuring accurate delivery and retrieval.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, representing Career.zycto positively.
- Verify contents of shipments against shipping documents and obtain necessary signatures.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle logs.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and transportation regulations.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with a solution-oriented approach.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable using GPS and navigation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be at least 21 years of age for insurance purposes.

- Familiarity with the West End, Hagerstown, MD area.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for simple vehicle checks.
