Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging and informative tours for diverse groups of local and international visitors across Castlemore, Brampton, and surrounding regions.
- Develop and deliver compelling narratives about historical sites, cultural landmarks, local ecosystems, and points of interest.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all tour participants throughout the duration of the tour.
- Manage tour logistics, including scheduling, route planning, and coordination with various attractions or vendors.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
- Adapt tour content and pace to suit the interests and demographics of the group.
- Stay updated on local events, historical facts, and current affairs relevant to tour content.
- Handle unexpected situations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist with promotional activities and provide feedback for tour improvement.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and local guidelines.
Required Skills
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Proven experience in guiding or public speaking roles (1+ year)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Deep knowledge of local history, culture, and geography of Brampton and GTA
