Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily supervision and training of front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Ensure outstanding customer service, promptly addressing guest feedback and resolving issues.
- Support inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies.
- Help maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness in accordance with health codes.
- Contribute to scheduling, ensuring adequate staffing levels for smooth operations.
- Learn and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting.
