Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for plaster application by cleaning, patching, and applying bonding agents.
- Mix plaster to the correct consistency, ensuring proper adherence and finish.
- Apply multiple coats of plaster, including scratch, brown, and finish coats, to achieve desired textures and smoothness.
- Install and repair plaster walls, ceilings, and decorative moldings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine plastering requirements.
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding and work platforms as needed, adhering to safety regulations.
- Ensure all work is completed to high-quality standards and within project timelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with other trades and team members on site.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience as a Plasterer.
- Proficiency in various plastering techniques (e.g., lime, cement, gypsum).
- Ability to interpret blueprints and construction drawings.

- Excellent physical stamina and manual dexterity.
