Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update property listings across various online platforms, including the company website and real estate portals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Upload high-quality photos, virtual tours, and detailed property descriptions for new listings.
- Conduct thorough research on property details, local market trends, and competitive listings to inform pricing strategies.
- Assist in the creation of engaging marketing materials for properties, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.
- Maintain and organize a comprehensive database of all active and pending property listings.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and staging professionals for property showcases.
- Respond to inquiries about listings, forwarding leads to sales agents as appropriate.
- Monitor listing performance and provide regular reports to the sales and marketing teams.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to real estate operations, including scheduling appointments and preparing documents.
- Ensure all listing content adheres to company branding guidelines and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of real estate terminology and processes
- Familiarity with online listing platforms and social media for marketing
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (6-12 months) in a real estate administrative or listing support role
- Tertiary education qualification (OND/HND/B.Sc.) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience with CRM software or real estate specific tools
