Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer information, transaction details, and other operational data into designated banking systems and databases.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before and after entry, identifying and correcting any discrepancies or errors.
- Process various banking forms, documents, and records according to established procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive customer and proprietary information.
- Organize and file physical and electronic documents systematically for easy retrieval and auditing purposes.
- Generate basic reports and summaries from compiled data as required by supervisors.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve data-related issues or clarify incomplete information.
- Adhere strictly to all bank policies, procedures, and data security protocols.
- Perform routine data backups to ensure data preservation and recovery.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned to support overall team efficiency.
Required Skills
- Proven data entry speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic mathematical skills for data verification.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications
