Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the production team during all phases of music video projects.
- Assist with equipment setup and breakdown on set, including cameras, lighting, and sound gear.
- Run errands, pick up/drop off equipment, and manage craft services to ensure crew comfort and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized set, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Coordinate call times, location details, and other essential production information with crew and talent.
- Support post-production efforts by organizing footage, managing media assets, and assisting editors as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for various production needs, solving problems proactively and efficiently.
