NMB Bank Plc is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Data Analyst to join our innovative team. While this position is based with our operations in the Ruvuma Region, we proudly offer a remote work option, providing flexibility for talented professionals across Tanzania who demonstrate self-discipline and excellent virtual communication skills.
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in transforming raw marketing data into actionable strategies that drive business growth and enhance customer engagement. You will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing vast amounts of marketing data from various sources, including digital campaigns, customer databases, market research, social media analytics, and sales performance. Your expertise will help us understand customer behavior patterns, identify emerging market trends, evaluate the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns, and optimize our marketing spend for maximum return on investment. This role requires a blend of analytical rigor and creative problem-solving to translate numbers into compelling narratives.
You will collaborate closely with our marketing, sales, and product development teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs), develop comprehensive reports, and present your findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This includes creating interactive dashboards, conducting rigorous A/B testing analysis, segmenting customer groups for targeted initiatives, and forecasting future marketing performance. The ideal candidate will not only possess strong technical skills in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and visualization tools but also have a deep understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
As a remote team member, you will be expected to maintain high levels of self-discipline, proactive communication, and effective collaboration through virtual tools and regular check-ins. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to the strategic direction of one of Tanzania’s leading financial institutions, leveraging your analytical prowess to shape our marketing future. If you thrive in a data-rich environment and are eager to make a tangible impact on how we connect with our customers and grow our presence across Tanzania, we encourage you to apply and become a part of the NMB family.
