Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily, weekly, and monthly net asset value (NAV) calculations for a portfolio of investment funds.
  • Perform cash and portfolio reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements, investor reports, and regulatory filings.
  • Learn and utilize industry-standard accounting software and financial tools.
  • Collaborate with senior fund accountants and other departments to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in month-end and year-end close processes, gaining exposure to critical accounting cycles.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and analysis as required, contributing to continuous process improvement.
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Develop a strong understanding of various financial instruments and fund structures.
  • Adhere to internal controls and compliance procedures, ensuring regulatory adherence.
