Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive R&D strategy aligned with the company’s long-term vision and business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of scientists, engineers, and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage the R&D budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising innovation.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies, research opportunities, and strategic partnerships that can enhance our product portfolio and capabilities.
- Establish and maintain robust intellectual property strategies, protecting company innovations through patents and other legal mechanisms.
- Ensure all research and development activities comply with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and ethical guidelines.
