Your day will involve carefully scanning items upon arrival and departure, organizing stock within designated warehouse locations to maximize space and accessibility, and preparing orders for dispatch with utmost precision. This includes verifying quantities against shipping manifests, packaging items securely, and ensuring all documentation is accurate. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently and safely load and unload goods from delivery vehicles.
- Accurately sort, stack, and organize stock in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate manual and powered material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and responsibly.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against manifests, invoices, and other documentation.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies or damaged goods.
- Prepare orders for dispatch, including picking, packing, labeling, and staging.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized work environment, strictly adhering to all safety standards and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or incidents promptly to management.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and strength to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs / 23 kg) repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and documentation.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for reading labels and counting stock.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
