Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to identify client needs and concerns.
- Develop and recommend customized treatment plans based on individual skin conditions and goals.
- Perform a wide range of professional skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, extractions, and other advanced aesthetic procedures.
- Educate clients on proper home care regimens, product usage, and lifestyle adjustments for optimal skin health.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment history and progress notes.
- Ensure strict adherence to all hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols for equipment and treatment rooms.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, products, and techniques through continuous professional development.
- Provide exceptional client service, building rapport and fostering lasting relationships.
- Promote and sell professional skincare products to enhance and maintain client results.
- Manage scheduling and rebooking appointments efficiently.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) for effective client communication and record-keeping.
- Proven experience as a Skin Care Specialist, Esthetician, or Medical Aesthetician.
- In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and common dermatological conditions.
- Proficiency in performing a variety of facial and advanced skincare treatments.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Strong client consultation and product sales abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and client safety.
- Ability to adapt treatments and recommendations to diverse skin types and concerns.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant Esthetics Diploma or Certification from an accredited institution.

- Certifications in advanced treatments such as laser therapy, advanced chemical peels, or micro-needling.
