Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms, including changing linens, making beds, vacuuming, dusting, polishing furniture, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport soiled linens and trash to designated areas.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items found in rooms or common areas.
- Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures and policies, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and public area cleaning as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team and other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests and colleagues at all times.
