Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional installation of various types of AC units (split, multi-split, VRV/VRF, ducted systems) according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct thorough diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of AC systems, identifying issues related to cooling, electrical components, refrigerant leaks, and airflow.
- Execute routine preventative maintenance, including cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, inspecting electrical connections, and filter replacement.
- Charge and recover refrigerants, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
- Provide clear and concise explanations of services performed and recommendations to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all service, repair, and installation activities.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Manage and organize tools, equipment, and company vehicle inventory.
- Participate in on-call rotations for emergency service as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
Required Skills
