Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve common desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device problems.
  • Assist users with account management, password resets, and software installations.
  • Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution using ticketing systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary, providing clear and detailed information.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and system checks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Educate users on basic IT security practices and software usage.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of IT documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures, including setting up new user accounts and equipment.
  • Stay updated with new technologies and participate in continuous learning opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi).
  • Familiarity with computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
