Key Responsibilities
- Monitor security information and event management (SIEM) systems and other security tools for alerts and anomalies.
- Perform initial triage and investigation of security incidents, determining their nature, scope, and potential impact.
- Document and report security incidents, including detailed findings, analysis, and recommended remediation steps.
- Assist in the development and refinement of security monitoring rules, playbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with senior analysts and other IT teams to ensure timely resolution of security issues.
- Contribute to vulnerability management activities, including scanning and reporting.
- Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, firewalls, routers)
