Beyond bagging, you will be a key player in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the checkout lanes, assisting with cart retrieval, and helping customers with larger items to their vehicles when necessary. Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently and carefully bag groceries for customers, ensuring proper handling of items.
  • Assist customers with loading groceries into their carts or vehicles as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of checkout areas, including bagging stations and conveyor belts.
  • Retrieve shopping carts from the parking lot and store interior, ensuring availability for customers.
  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service, assisting with general inquiries or directing customers to appropriate departments.
  • Support front-end staff during peak hours by assisting with various tasks as directed.
  • Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment.

Required Skills

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
