Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer transactions using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Efficiently handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and mobile payment options.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers warmly and assisting with inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area at all times.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and ensure accuracy of the till contents.
- Assist customers with product location and provide basic product information.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and resolve minor customer service issues with professionalism and a problem-solving approach.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures, including security protocols and age verification.
- Collaborate effectively and positively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
- Assist with merchandising, stock replenishment, and general store upkeep during slower periods, as needed.
