Job Description
We are actively seeking an organized, proactive, and highly detail-oriented Day Shift Administrative Clerk to join our vibrant team in West Edmonton. This full-time, on-site role is critical to maintaining the smooth operation of our office during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. As the front line of our administrative support, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient document management, seamless communication flow, and general office upkeep. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize physical and electronic files, ensuring all documents are accurately categorized and readily accessible.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents using various software applications.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including answering phones, managing emails, and distributing mail.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders when necessary, and ensure the office is well-stocked and tidy.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating logistics for various company events or projects.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation with precision and confidentiality.
- Provide general administrative support to multiple departments, assisting with data entry, record-keeping, and special projects as assigned.
- Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, maintaining a professional and welcoming front office presence.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
