Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance Career.zycto's market presence and brand recognition.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications, marketing materials, and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate branding into all campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage and organize brand assets, including logos, imagery, templates, and style guides.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and audience insights to inform brand development.
  • Assist in the creation of compelling content for social media, website, email campaigns, and advertising.
  • Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, making recommendations for optimization.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and agencies for various branding projects.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing coordination, or a similar creative role.
