Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with comprehensive pre-production planning, including research, scheduling, location scouting, and talent coordination.
  • Provide essential on-set support, which involves equipment setup and breakdown, managing props, and offering general assistance to the production crew.
  • Help with basic camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording to ensure high-quality capture during shoots.
  • Organize, label, and manage all media assets, including raw footage, audio files, graphics, and project files.
  • Support post-production efforts by logging footage, transcribing interviews, performing basic video edits, and preparing files for review.
  • Coordinate communication effectively between various team members, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project flow.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to video projects, such as managing permits, tracking expenses, and maintaining project documentation.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in at least one industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Basic understanding of camera operation, lighting principles, and audio recording techniques.
