Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and speed.
- Interact with guests in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner, providing menu recommendations and taking orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including glassware, garnishes, and inventory.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions responsibly.
- Adhere strictly to all local and national liquor laws, health, and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and daily reconciliation of bar supplies.
- Collaborate effectively with other staff members to ensure seamless service flow.
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on new products, techniques, and service standards.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Bartender or Bar Staff in a lounge or upscale hospitality setting.
