In this pivotal full-time role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our investment banking division. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to investment banking professionals, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation and formatting of client presentations, pitch books, financial models, and other critical documents using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Maintain and update client relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and timely information.
- Conduct initial research and data gathering to support various transactions and analyses.
- Process and track expenses, invoices, and other financial documentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance procedures, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members as required.
- Manage and organize physical and digital files, ensuring efficient retrieval and confidentiality.
- Act as a liaison between the investment banking team and other internal departments such as legal, compliance, and operations.
- Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments to support the overall objectives of the investment banking division.
