Job Description

The Audio Coordinator – Events at Career.zycto is a pivotal role, essential for delivering the seamless, high-fidelity sound experiences our clients expect from world-class events. As an urgent hire, you will hit the ground running, bringing your expertise to a diverse portfolio of live events, conferences, corporate functions, and unique activations across Muswell Hill, London, and beyond. You’ll be the sonic architect, responsible for the end-to-end management of audio systems, from initial consultation and design through to flawless execution and post-event analysis. This isn’t just about plugging in microphones; it’s about understanding the acoustics of various venues, selecting the perfect equipment, programming complex digital mixing consoles, and ensuring every word, note, and effect is heard with crystal clarity.

Your day-to-day will involve collaborating closely with event planners, technical directors, and clients to interpret their vision and translate it into a compelling audio reality. You’ll lead on-site audio teams, providing guidance and technical support, and maintain our extensive inventory of cutting-edge audio gear. We’re looking for someone who thrives under pressure, possesses an eagle eye (and ear) for detail, and approaches every challenge with a solution-oriented mindset. If you’re passionate about live sound, proactive in problem-solving, and eager to contribute to an organisation that values innovation and excellence, then this urgent opportunity is for you. Join Career.zycto and amplify your career by shaping unforgettable auditory experiences that leave a lasting impression on audiences.
