Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Translate user research, business requirements, and product goals into compelling and intuitive user interfaces for web applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and QA engineers throughout the product lifecycle to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy.
- Develop and maintain a robust design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all product offerings.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve usability.
- Present and defend design decisions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, effectively communicating design rationale and impact.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance our design processes and outputs.
- Champion user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional UI design experience focused on web applications.
- Proficiency with leading design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, visual design, and interaction design.
- Experience in designing and maintaining design systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an agile development environment.
- Solid understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to inform design decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
