As a Picker and Packer, you will be an integral part of our logistics team, responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment. Your day will involve carefully reading order sheets, locating items within the warehouse, ensuring their quality, and packaging them securely to prevent damage during transit. This role requires precision, physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cohesive unit. You’ll gain valuable experience in inventory management, quality control, and the critical processes that keep businesses running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or digital picking systems.
- Verify product quantities and ensure items match order specifications.
- Carefully pack items into appropriate containers, ensuring proper cushioning and protection.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information.
- Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
- Perform quality checks on products before packing to identify any damage or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and understand order sheets and instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items for extended periods (up to 50 lbs).
