Key Responsibilities
- Undergo comprehensive training on CNC machine operation, setup, and maintenance procedures.
- Learn to read and accurately interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documentation.
- Safely load and unload raw materials and finished parts into CNC machines according to specifications.
- Monitor machine operations diligently to detect any malfunctions, tool wear, or out-of-tolerance machining.
- Perform basic quality checks on finished products using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, strictly adhering to all company safety protocols and policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
- Contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, quality, and safety within the manufacturing process.
