Key Responsibilities

  • Undergo comprehensive training on CNC machine operation, setup, and maintenance procedures.
  • Learn to read and accurately interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documentation.
  • Safely load and unload raw materials and finished parts into CNC machines according to specifications.
  • Monitor machine operations diligently to detect any malfunctions, tool wear, or out-of-tolerance machining.
  • Perform basic quality checks on finished products using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, strictly adhering to all company safety protocols and policies.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, quality, and safety within the manufacturing process.

Required Skills

  • Strong willingness and eagerness to learn and adapt to new manufacturing technologies and processes.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and a fundamental understanding of how machinery operates.

  • Basic mathematical skills, including proficiency in addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions.
  • Any prior experience with hand tools, power tools, or basic machinery in a hobby or work setting is a plus, but not mandatory.
