Bomet County Farmers Sacco Society Ltd is seeking a dedicated and proactive Remote CRM Data Hygiene Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this fully remote role, you will be the guardian of our customer relationship management (CRM) system’s data integrity, ensuring that all member information is accurate, up-to-date, and consistently formatted. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver personalized financial services, maintain strong member relationships, and comply with regulatory standards.

This position requires an individual with exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and a deep understanding of CRM best practices. You will be instrumental in developing and enforcing data governance policies, ensuring compliance, and empowering our teams with reliable data for strategic decision-making. We are looking for someone who can proactively identify potential data issues, implement preventative measures, and drive continuous improvement in our data quality framework. If you thrive in an environment where your expertise directly contributes to operational efficiency and member satisfaction, and you’re eager to make a significant impact from anywhere, we encourage you to apply. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vital financial institution dedicated to empowering the Bomet community through sound financial management and digital innovation, all while enjoying the flexibility of a remote work arrangement.
