Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and process incoming products and materials, verifying counts against invoices.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to established procedures, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Prepare items for shipment, including labeling, scanning, and loading onto delivery vehicles.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals and deadlines.

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics setting (at least 6 months).
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg) regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with inventory management software or warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Forklift certification or experience operating other heavy machinery.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
