Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming products and materials, verifying counts against invoices.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to established procedures, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Prepare items for shipment, including labeling, scanning, and loading onto delivery vehicles.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals and deadlines.
Required Skills
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics setting (at least 6 months).
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with inventory management software or warehouse management systems (WMS).
