In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you will navigate diverse routes within the Aurora area, handling a variety of parcels ranging from small envelopes to larger boxes. Your day will involve carefully loading your delivery van, meticulously planning your routes using advanced navigation tools, and executing deliveries with a strong focus on timeliness and professionalism. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, possesses excellent time management skills, and maintains a clean driving record.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate a delivery van safely and efficiently on assigned routes.
- Load and unload packages carefully, ensuring secure transport and delivery.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes using provided navigation tools to meet schedule demands.
- Deliver packages to customers' homes and businesses in a timely and professional manner.
- Interact courteously with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving minor delivery issues.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and ensure proper package scanning and documentation.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
- Collaborate effectively with dispatchers and other team members.
Required Skills
- Valid Colorado Class R Driver's License (or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional driving experience (e.g., delivery, courier, logistics).
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs unassisted.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with GPS devices and route navigation applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce or last-mile delivery.
- Familiarity with the Tallyn’s Reach / Aurora area.
- Experience with handheld scanning devices or delivery management software.
- A proven track record of reliability and punctuality.
- Customer service experience.
