Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, processing check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Manage and confirm reservations, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
- Respond to guest inquiries, provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately, serving as the main communication hub.
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Process payments, manage cash float, and accurately balance daily transactions.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
- Assist with basic concierge services and provide recommendations for dining, entertainment, and transportation.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform light administrative duties and contribute to overall guest satisfaction initiatives.
