As a Transport Conductor Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our transport services. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the bus driver in ensuring the safety, comfort, and timely arrival of passengers. This involves actively engaging with commuters, managing fare collection efficiently, providing accurate information about routes and stops, and ensuring that all passengers have a pleasant experience from boarding to disembarking. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the bus driver in ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers.
- Efficiently collect fares and issue tickets, managing cash transactions accurately.
- Provide clear and helpful information regarding routes, stops, and schedules to passengers.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the vehicle during service hours.
- Help passengers, particularly the elderly, children, or those with special needs, with boarding and disembarking.
- Monitor passenger behavior to ensure a pleasant and respectful environment for everyone.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or mechanical issues promptly to the driver or supervisor.
