You will manage our social media calendar, create engaging posts, stories, and videos, and actively monitor social channels for trends, engagement opportunities, and brand mentions. This position requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of current social media best practices and emerging platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across all relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) to ensure it is engaging, relevant, and consistent with brand voice.
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a 'social' way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and trends, and recommend new strategies.
  • Utilize social media marketing tools for scheduling, analysis, and reporting.
  • Analyze social media campaign performance, report on key metrics, and derive actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, content, and sales teams to align social media efforts with broader company goals.
  • Conduct competitive research and identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Manage and allocate social media advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of proven working experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms, including their algorithms, analytics, and advertising tools.
  • Solid understanding of social media KPIs and web traffic metrics.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing basics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English grammar and style.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to strategize and execute successful social media campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
  • Familiarity with SEO and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience in the recruitment, HR tech, or professional services industry.
  • Certification in social media marketing or digital marketing.
