Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across all relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) to ensure it is engaging, relevant, and consistent with brand voice.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a 'social' way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and trends, and recommend new strategies.
- Utilize social media marketing tools for scheduling, analysis, and reporting.
- Analyze social media campaign performance, report on key metrics, and derive actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and sales teams to align social media efforts with broader company goals.
- Conduct competitive research and identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Manage and allocate social media advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of proven working experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms, including their algorithms, analytics, and advertising tools.
- Solid understanding of social media KPIs and web traffic metrics.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing basics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English grammar and style.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
- Demonstrated ability to strategize and execute successful social media campaigns.
