Key Responsibilities
- Guide vehicles safely and efficiently into the car wash bay.
- Operate car wash equipment and machinery with adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform exterior cleaning tasks including pre-soaking, scrubbing, and drying.
- Execute interior detailing tasks such as vacuuming, window cleaning, and dashboard wiping (as required).
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and address any areas needing additional attention.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including general upkeep of the car wash facility.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
