Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, scan, and pack items into designated totes according to order specifications.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing, reporting discrepancies as needed.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding product handling and packing standards.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and data entry tasks.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to our Dundas facility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is an asset.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Experience with RF scanners or other picking technology.
